Board feet by lumber size

Trade-tally (nominal) board feet for common construction sizes — the convention the lumber industry prices by. Every size links to a page with the actual-wood figure too, which is smaller, since a "2×4" really measures 1-1/2″ × 3-1/2″.

Need a size that isn't here? The quick calc takes any thickness, width, and length — fractions welcome.
